The problem

Distributed infrastructure spans hundreds of sites, each with its own reporting and compliance obligations, and no single team can physically inspect all of it on schedule.

How Sentor solves it

Sentor speaks DNP3 and integrates with SCADA systems already in use, so new sites plug into existing infrastructure instead of requiring a parallel monitoring stack. At the site itself it reads pressure, flow and temperature directly, and its scenario logic can flag the drift that precedes a failure rather than only reporting the failure.

Analogue inputs accept the 4–20 mA and voltage transmitters already fitted to most process equipment, so existing instrumentation can usually be brought in without replacement.

  • Line pressure, flow rate and process temperature from 4–20 mA and 0–10 V transmitters
  • Pipeline condition monitoring and early-stage failure detection
  • Pump, valve and compressor status, with remote start and stop
  • Tank and reservoir levels
  • Generator status, cut-in and fuel level; rectifier and battery condition
  • Cathodic protection and earth integrity
  • Site access, intrusion and enclosure tamper
  • Reporting into an existing SCADA master over DNP3
